What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Social Media APIs
To enable the tracking of performance of your social media shares, we integrate with various social media platforms utilizing their APIs which provide analytics for your posts on those platforms. The data that we collect from these APIs is limited to your overall page/profile performance (e.g. page likes, followers, reach, recent posts etc.) and metrics specifically related to posts you have submitted for tracking.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Like many other Web sites, appfluence.io makes use of log files. These files merely logs visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services’s analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

We collect your email address, when you sign up for appfluence.io. We will use your email address to send you emails regarding the Site or other products or services that we believe may be of interest to you. You may opt out of such email communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in the email.
Who we share your data with
At your own discretion, you may share a private URL that will give access to reports for specific posts or projects which will allow a third-party to view the metrics only for that post or project.
Your email address may also be shared with the technology provider we use in connection with sending email campaigns, only as it relates to messaging for this Site, such as sending you an email newsletter or promotion.
Your username is also shared with the technology providers to identify you, only as it relates to utilizing their online chat, messaging and instructional Site walkthroughs.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We retain the last retrieved metrics for your social media profile and any social media shares you have submitted for tracking indefinitely. You may request all metrics associated to your account to be deleted at any time, which will also invalidate any private links you have shared.

(iii) the right to have us delete your personal data

Sale of Business or Assets
